Senior Citizens “What’s In A Name”

So many seniors do not like being call Senior Citizens as
many Marketers have come to realize.   Many seniors will
not read a blog “For the Elderly” or contact and organization
that supports aging “seniors.”  Quite the opposite, any company
catering to the 65-plus audiences should present their products
and services as solutions that will keep mature adults active,
healthy and ready to live independently.

After six years “Seniors Magazine” had to change the tile of
their magazine to “Living Well Magazine” in order to gain
the interest of their target market.

Today’s boomers are and will be rewriting retirement.  Retirement
as previous generations knew it will Never happen again because
boomers are retiring to Do something.  They’re either doing it by living
their dreams or doing something exciting.  They will not ever retire to
the rocking chair and wait for something exciting to happen they
make it happen and are loving it.
